Winter is Coming….

Winter is coming and we know what comes with it.
Yes winter means lot of dryness, dryness in air that leads multiple disorder for humankind.
Human skin which protect entire body from external enviornment. In winter your skin is more succeptible to various disorder.
Chapped skin, excessive dryness and xerosis are major symptoms in these days. Here are few tips to avoid dryness and flaky skin in winter.
1) Use lukewarm water for bath not overheated or cold.
2)If possible avoid hard soap. Use baby bar or cleanser to clean body.
3) Use soft towel, do not gentle rub on skin just pay dry.
4) keep a good Moisturiser in Bathroom along with other toiletries. Immediately apply Moisturiser on whole body.
5) Wear clothes of cotton, polyester and wool fabric. As these fabric less abrasive on skin also no water loss due to friction.
6) Use different moisturiser for Face and Body. As face need non comedogenic light moisturiser, that prevent acne due to clogging of pores.
7)Use sunscreen daily as on winter though sunlight are not strong radiation concentration is high. Cold leads to high exposure toward sun leads to other problem.
8) Lip skin is different so they need thick high density Moisturiser like Lip balm.
9) Pollutant and allergens are more active in this season that leads to allergy so avoid them and boost your skin immunity by consuming Vitamin A.
10)And lastly intake healthy food rich in Oil, fruits andintake more water.
